On the morning of November 17, Guo Xiaomin, secretary of the district party committee, went to Haimen Street and the District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau to investigate the grass-roots party organizations and the majority of party members to carry out the "two in two together" to build new achievements, "attack the stronghold and have me" to take action. In Haimen Street, Guo Xiaomin conducted field research on the Party and Mass Service Center of Haimen Street, the Party and Group Service Center of the Business Circle, and the Party and Group Service Center of the Ideal City Community of Binjiang Street. The Party Working Committee of Haimen Street has deeply promoted the "two in two together" to build new achievements, "attack the strong points and have me" to take on the action, combined with the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses", and built a new street party and mass service center in Building 9 of Tonghui Homestead, creating a multi-functional platform integrating party member education management, resident convenience services, party and mass integration and sharing, and social innovation incubation. Guo Xiaomin walked into the street party and mass service center, inspected the convenience service center, the party member political life experience center, etc., and learned more about the grid service management. She pointed out that it is necessary to take grid service management as an important content of grass-roots party building, divide governance units more scientifically, solidly promote the organic integration of party building grids, police grids, and social governance grids, truly give play to the leading role of party building, and promote the modernization of grass-roots social governance systems and governance capabilities.
Haimen Street Business Circle Party and Group Service Center is the first business district party and group service center in our district that integrates the service function of the business circle and the education function of party members, and builds an exchange and sharing service platform for the party organizations of merchants, communities, enterprises and institutions in the business circle. Guo Xiaomin visited the functional spaces of the party and mass service centers in the business circle, carefully inquired about the operation of the center, affirmed the construction of the party and mass service center position in the business circle, and asked to further clarify the relationship between the party and group service centers in the business circle and the grass-roots grid management, conduct in-depth research, actively explore the management, service and operation mode, and lead the prosperity and development of the urban business circle.
The newly built Binjiang Street Ideal City Community Party and Mass Service Center was put into operation in August this year, with a total area of 2,836 square meters, providing convenient, warm and complete multi-functional activity positions for party members and the masses in the community. Guo Xiaomin inspected the service hall, the German Cultural Department, the party history exhibition hall, and the party and mass activity positions, exchanged views with community cadres and the masses, and pointed out that it is necessary to further enhance service functions and enrich the content of activities, so that more people can enter the party and mass service centers and give full play to the role of the community party and mass service centers.
At the District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, Guo Xiaomin listened to a briefing on the work of party building. In the "two in two together" to build new achievements, the party committee of the district administrative examination and approval bureau has focused on the "five degrees" party building, created a "five most" environment for government services, and built a first-class government service platform in the country.
