The Shenzhen Stock Exchange requested clarification on the specific date on which the Communications Group and Shuitian Group drafted and signed the Supplementary Agreement, the specific time when Fuchun Environmental Protection (including any director, supervisor or senior management) actually knew or should have known, and whether Fuchun Environmental Protection had untimely information disclosure in combination with the time of knowledge. If Fuchun Environmental Protection's knowledge is later than the date of signing of the Supplementary Agreement, it further explains the specific reasons for the failure of the relevant parties to inform the listed company and fulfill the information disclosure obligations in a timely manner after signing, and whether there are any violations of relevant regulations.
The Shenzhen Stock Exchange pointed out that Fuchun Environmental Protection is requested to submit the relevant explanatory materials to our ministry before November 19, 2021, and at the same time send a copy to the dispatch agency.
