In order to better implement the "double reduction" policy and demand quality from the classroom, Great Nanguan Primary School has carried out the teaching activity of "Project Leading Team Growth", aiming to lead the professional growth of teachers through small topic research and promote the continuous deepening of school-based teaching and research. On November 10th, Ms. Li Li, deputy director of Yingze District Teaching and Research Center, visited the school to conduct research and guidance work.
Director Li made an overall check of the three language topics of the school, affirmed some of the achievements made by the teachers in the previous research, and carried out targeted guidance on each topic, further clarified the objectives of the research, emphasized the "double reduction", carried out project learning, relying on language teaching materials, teachers selected, adapted, and created exercises to design homework, which is the real burden reduction for students, exploring labor homework is to implement the "five education" at the same time, the practice of multiple homework fields and homework methods, these studies are implemented in practice, All are school-based studies that benefit students.
After the meeting, according to the guidance of Director Li, the teachers further revised and improved the topic selection of the research group, accurately established the research goals, adhered to the parallel teaching and research, continuously improved themselves, mutually benefited and helped growth, and helped students develop.
Led by project research, the school carries out research on language learning under project-based learning, adheres to the principle of cultivating people with virtue, adheres to the combination of theoretical research and practical teaching, insists on building curriculum content to meet the needs of students' growth and talent, and continuously moves forward to cultivate healthy, happy and well-rounded sunshine teenagers.
