On the morning of November 14th, the New District Primary School Education Group held a selection activity for high-quality courses in each subject of primary school in the small conference room of the new district. More than 40 outstanding teachers from primary schools participated in the selection activity, and the participating subjects involved primary and secondary schools in Chinese, mathematics, English, science, music, physical education and other fields.
This selection activity is in response to the "2021 Xuzhou Tongshan District Quality Class Selection Activity" held by the Teaching and Research Office, and it is also for mutual exchanges, mutual improvement, joint promotion of the growth of young and middle-aged teachers in the central school, and comprehensive improvement of teaching quality.
Before the competition, the teaching departments of each school organized all participating teachers to participate in the preparatory meeting, and the activity set up a leading group for the selection activity headed by Director Zhao Guangfeng of the central school.
The selection activity adopts the form of lottery to determine the order of participation of the participating teachers, choose the theme of the lecture, open class preparation, and take the form of a simulated class, and the time shall not exceed 10 minutes. On the day of the competition, the competition process and rules were clarified, and experts from the teaching and research department and other backbone teachers of the central school were invited to be judges. Unfold fairly and impartially.
The participating teachers combined the characteristics of the discipline and their own advantages to show their personal style and discipline charm in the classroom. The lecturers have made great efforts from teaching design, teaching aids preparation to courseware production, fully excavated the connotation of teaching materials, carefully designed teaching programs, comprehensively appreciated and analyzed, explained in place, solid basic skills, and demonstrated their profound classroom teaching skills from different angles and in different ways.
