In 2014, Xuanheng was transferred to the intelligence brigade from the Ningdun Police Station of the Ningguo Municipal Public Security Bureau to undertake the task of studying and judging synthetic combat cases. In the new position, Xuanheng started from little by little. At work, he learns while investigating cases, learning while doing; after work, he picks up lights and fights at night, studying work methods and skills assiduously. He gradually grew into a "sharp soldier in research and judgment", and according to actual combat, he explored a number of simple and practical technical and combat methods such as "pseudo base station four fast strike defense tactics" and "video + intelligence research and judgment eight combat methods".
In June 2019, Xuanheng worked day and night for 90 days to accurately analyze the identities of 126 fraud suspects and 7823 victims nationwide, and assisted the Ningguo police in detecting the "2.23" extraordinarily large cross-border fraud case.
In June 2020, after four years of unremitting research and tracing, he assisted in the capture of the murder suspect who had been on the run for 28 years.

Due to his outstanding work achievements, the Ministry of Public Security, CCTV's "Waiting for Me" column, and the national well-known public welfare volunteer organization association "Baby Home" were awarded the "Xuanheng Studio" plaque respectively. "In the past, helping people find relatives was because of love, but now that I have my own studio, I have more responsibility and responsibility." Xuanheng said.
In the past 6 years, Xuanheng has used his spare time to volunteer to provide more than 2,000 valuable clues to help reunite 330 separated families.
"Searching for relatives seems simple, but it is really difficult to do, because the search for clues may only be a vague place name and person name, most of which are separated for several years or decades, and it is more difficult to find valuable clues than to arrest the people involved." However, as long as there is one percent hope, it is necessary to make 100 percent effort. Xuanheng said firmly.
In August 2017, at the scene of CCTV's "Waiting for Me" column, a mother and son who had been separated for more than 30 years were reunited, which deeply shocked Xuanheng. The helper was a 23-year-old girl from Anhui who was looking for her biological son for her adoptive mother. Over the years, the girl took her adoptive mother around, and as Si'er's desire grew stronger, her adoptive mother's spirit had gone haywire.
"When mother and son are separated for more than 30 years and reunited, the old man seems to wake up instantly." Xuanheng said. At the beginning, when receiving the clue that the girl sent by the column group to help the adoptive mother find the child, Xuanheng immediately launched an online information research and judgment based on the little information provided by the column group and the name of the adoptive mother's son. Subsequently, through many aspects of searching, Xuanheng found an extremely valuable clue. Therefore, Xuanheng immediately gave feedback, which also provided a clearer direction for the "Searching Help Group" to help mother and child reunite.
On June 15, 2019, Xu Mou, a mass member of the Ningguo Municipal District, approached Xuanheng, saying that his eldest brother had been adopted by a man in Hangping Town, Pujiang County, Zhejiang Province, 40 years ago, and had no contact since. Because Xu's mother was critically ill, she was eager to reunite with her son before her death. According to the vague clues provided by the other party such as the nickname "Puqiang", Xuanheng immediately launched a network search. After nearly a week of hard work, it was finally found that there was a person named Pu Xiang in Hangping Town, Pujiang County, and the search for people was completely consistent. Xuanheng also found out the contact information of the person and provided it to the helper. In the early morning of June 28, Xu Mou, a helper, sent a message saying that the old mother had died of illness, thanking Xuanheng for fulfilling the old man's last wish before he died.
"Sometimes I receive 10 requests for help a day, and I am very disappointed if I am busy for a few days and do not find a valuable clue." But whenever I think of the tears when my family is reunited for a long time, the sense of fulfillment and accomplishment in my heart makes me feel valuable and happy in an instant. Xuanheng said.
