Life: Lei Feng (December 18, 1940 – August 15, 1962), formerly known as Lei Zhengxing, was born in Changsha, Hunan Province, and was a soldier of the People's Liberation Army of Chinese and a communist fighter. In May 1961 Chinese, Lei Feng, as a candidate for his unit, was elected as a deputy to the Fourth People's Congress of Fushun City, Liaoning Province, and on February 19, 1962, Lei Feng attended the first communist youth league representative meeting of the Shenyang Military Region as a special representative, and was elected as a member of the presidium to speak at the conference. On August 15, 1962, Lei Feng died in the line of duty at the age of 22.
Deeds: People's attendants (help people buy tickets, help children go home, help the elderly find sons); nail spirit (some people say that work is busy, no time to study, I think the problem is not busy work, but whether you are willing to study, whether you will squeeze time to learn there is, the problem is whether we are good at squeezing, willing to drill or not. A good plank with no eye on it, but why can the nails get in? That's what you squeeze in by pressure. From this point of view, nails have two advantages: one is squeezing, the other is drilling, we should also advocate this "nail" spirit in learning, good at squeezing and drilling. Unity and fraternity (sewing pants for the soldiers of the same class, half a night without sleep); hard work, no regrets (fighting floods and enduring severe pain for seven days and seven nights, and the fingernails are broken).
Conclusion: Lei Feng's greatest influence on future generations is the Lei Feng spirit named after him. The spirit of Lei Feng is the spirit of selfless dedication to the struggle for communism, loyalty to the party and the people. The spirit of selfless dedication to self-denial and selflessness; the "spirit of screws" that base oneself on one's own duties and create extraordinary achievements in ordinary work; the spirit of hard struggle that is good at hard work, regardless of remuneration, and striving to make contributions; in the final analysis, it is the spirit of serving the people wholeheartedly. The spirit of Lei Feng influenced the Chinese generations of later generations.
