Unexpectedly, although Cao Cao was not in the base camp, what was left was a strategist like Xun Youjia Xu and a close general like Cao Hong. Zhang Gao and Gao Lan would not be able to succeed for a while and a half, and at this time the news of Cao Cao's attack on Wuchao came.
Guo Tu, a pig teammate who suggested yuan shao attack Cao Cao's base camp, panicked at this time, so in order to evade responsibility, Guo Tu threw the black cauldron at Zhang Guo's ineffective combat.
Zhang Gao and Gao Lan were very angry, so they burned the siege equipment themselves and surrendered to Cao Hong. At this time, Cao Hong felt that this was a fraudulent surrender, and he did not dare to accept it. Xun You, who was angry, said loudly: These two people cannot be used by Yuan Shao to surrender, what else do you suspect?
Wuchao's grain was gone, Zhang Gaolan also surrendered, and Yuan Shao's army was in disarray, which was defeated by Cao Cao.
After the war, Cao Cao made Gao Lan a partial general and Marquis of Donglai. Zhang Jaw was given the title of General of partiality, Marquis of Duting. At first glance it is all a level of treatment.
Shao attacked Zhang Gao and Gao Lan to attack and surrender, and Shao abandoned his army and left. When Guo Zhi came, Hong Doubt did not dare to accept it, and he said to Hong Yue: "Guo Ji does not need to use it, and when he comes in anger, why should he be suspicious?" "But it is received."
However, later, Zhang Guo had deep trust in Cao Cao, and still led his troops to be active on the battlefield, and even in the Three Kingdoms period, he fought with Zhuge Liang back and forth as the main general of Cao Wei.
