The following points are worth learning from.
1. From the ideological point of view, we must establish a correct attitude, solve the problem in the spirit, and do not think blindly. I don't know if you have such an experience, when you want to do something beyond our normal level, you will think about a lot of consequences, such as what to do if the exam is not passed, what to do if the exam subject three is turned off, I can't do that speech, I will be very nervous in front of many people. By the time these ideas come out, they have lost more than half of the possibility of getting things done.
2. Keep learning and learn for problem solving. Wang Shi did not understand what an invoice was at first, which led to a little embarrassment when withdrawing money from the dealer, and took the receipt slip to make an invoice. Later, he simply studied finance for two hours every night after work, no matter how late, and when three months had passed, he was able to read the financial statements.
3. Learn to stand in the perspective of economics and consider losses and gains. Most people may try their best to deal with it at a low price, and this Wang Shi has also done it, and the feed for chickens is sold at a low price to fish farmers and auctioned at the railway station. Go door to door, no matter how much you buy, send it to the door, and return it on credit. There is a point that you and I can't think of, there is a merchant who needs 200 tons of goods, but Wang Shi sent 380 tons in the past, and the remaining 180 tons are exempted from secondary transportation trouble if the other party needs it, if the other party does not need it, even if it is temporarily stored, even if the road fee is calculated, it is cheaper than pushing on the railway platform. We do one thing every day, often be very sad about sunk costs (economics terms, which mean that we have paid the costs that cannot be recovered) and forget how to minimize losses.
4. Develop keen market insight and set some additional bottom lines. As a businessman, it is difficult to go down without the ability to see the market wind, Wang Shi does not believe that Hong Kong people no longer eat chicken, so he bought the existing inventory on the market at a low price, intending to transport it to Shenzhen Shekou first, and then set a bottom line in his heart, waiting for 100 days, the other side is always paying attention to the market, when Hong Kong people start to eat chicken, and finally 100 days away from Ling Tian, hong Kong newspaper published a message: the previous report was wrong, there was no carcinogen in the feed. That's it, this time not only earned back the money that was lost before. An additional 3 million was earned.
