Beware the Jabberwock, my son!
The jaws that bite, the claws that catch!
Beware the Jubjub bird, and shun
The frumious Bandersnatch!
O child, during the journey, you must be wary of the changes around you
If you are not careful, you can make your body and body full of pain
Even if it is a bug or a bird, it can be a poisonous snake beast

01 Who is jabbawockeez?
Jabbawockeez (Kamen Rider) is a hip-hop dance team founded in 2003 in San Diego, USA. The name of the team comes from the mirror poem in the famous book "Alice in Wonderland", and they also adhere to the magic color in "Wonderland", rarely showing their true faces, white masks, white gloves, baseball caps, and have become their "labels". But that's not all of them, dancing with a unique wind of freedom and crossover is the really fascinating part of them.
02 Stick to style
At the beginning of 2000, in the era of Hip-Hop, all dance groups were almost the same in terms of style and movement, and the two were out of balance between dance and music. It's almost like a clone competing.
So Kevin "KB" Brewer and Joe Larot were born in order to "destroy" the existing way of dancing, to show the world the free wind of dance, and jabbawockeez was born. Each of them is good at many dance styles, the most basic to learn Hip-Hop, followed by popin, a small amount of breaking, locking, la style.
At the beginning of its creation, masks and gloves were adopted, because Jabbawockeez believed that the dance team should be a whole when performing, and it did not matter who the dancers were or where they came from, on the stage, all the dancers were the dancers themselves.
03 Success and sacrifice
Jabbawockeez's highest number reached 11, and in 2007, they participated in the second season of America's Got Talent, an appearance that didn't earn them a spot, but made Jabbawockeez famous.
In 2008, Jabbawockeez entered America's Best Dance Crew (ABDC). With the tournament limited to 7 players, Jabbawockeez decided to play with Gary, Phi, Rainen, Joe, Phil, KB, Chris. But unfortunate things followed. Gary died suddenly from complications of pneumonia and meningitis... Since then, jabbawockeez's dance, whether it begins or ends, has a gesture of pointing to the sky, just to commemorate the deceased teammate.
Not long after, Joe injured his ankle during training, but fortunately Player Ben was able to play in his place.
Although too many unpleasant things have happened, the results are still good. In the first season of 2008 America's Best Dance Crew, Jabbawockeez won the championship with her creative and diverse style!
Since then, everyone in the world has known:
The first dance company in the United States is called: jabbawockeez
In 2010, Jabbawockeez became Facebook's first dance company to reach 1 million followers. It was also the first dance company to appear on MTV cribs (American show name: Celebrity Nest).
Jabbawockeez was invited to be the opening guest of the Emmy Awards and subsequently appeared as a dancer on the exclusive cover of the Los Angeles Times.
In 2012, Masquerade won the "Hip-Hop International Award". Good word of mouth has made Jabbawockeez several invitations to the NBA, and even played an intermission at the home of the warriors in the last game of the 2017 and 2016 Championship Games for two consecutive years, and the super-burning performance ignited the entire NBA scene.
04 The future can be looked forward to
After becoming famous, Jabbawockeez, in addition to participating in various performances and activities, also devoted himself to public welfare undertakings.
Jabbawockeez has partnered with Coca-Cola to participate in efforts to provide medical assistance to children in less developed countries.
In short, the emergence of jabbawockeez broke people's inherent thinking mode of dance and opened up a new path for the expression of dance views.
I believe that this creative and mysterious dance company will bring more surprises.
