Dongfeng Honda Automobile Co., Ltd. is the largest single industrial enterprise in Hubei Province, since its establishment in 2003, Dongfeng Honda has become three major vehicle factories, multi-machine types, advanced production technology, in 2020 output exceeded 850,000 vehicles. In 2021, in the face of severe tests such as chip shortage, Dongfeng Honda adjusted the pace of production and sales in a timely manner, and its sales reached 602,300 units from January to October.
In the market environment where new energy has become a major trend, it is accelerating the electrification layout, and has built the industry's first heV, PHEV, EV three new energy power, covering cars, SUVs, MPVs and other product lines. Recently, Dongfeng Honda's new mid-level sedan Yingshipai is also about to be officially listed.
Liu Ziqing welcomed the arrival of Natsume Tatsuya and his party. Liu Ziqing said that Dongfeng Honda is an important strategic partner of Wuhan Economic Development Zone, and the friendship between the two sides has become deeper as Dongfeng Honda's three factories have been put into operation.
In recent years, in the face of severe tests such as the epidemic and the lack of core, Dongfeng Honda has adjusted the pace of production and marketing in a timely manner, and has risen against the market all the way and achieved eye-catching results. At present, the automobile industry is one of the three pillar industries of the Economic Development Zone, and the Wuhan Economic Development Zone has become an important base for domestic automobile production.
It is hoped that Dongfeng Honda will continue to increase its business layout in the Wuhan Economic Development Zone and promote the signing of more projects.
