Nearly 20,000 migratory birds fall in love with Swan Lake
The blue waters of the lake, the yellow-green shoals, and about 4,500 acres of Swan Lake, densely packed with migratory birds frolicking in this home. Swan Lake is located in the Dongxihu District Baiquan Street Hongxing Road Fu River embankment, in 2006 some birdwatchers found that there are a large number of swans gathered here, hence the name of Swan Lake.

In the Fuhe Wetland, where 40 to 50 species of migratory birds gather every year, nearly 20,000 animals, on November 10, Jimu news reporters came to this paradise of migratory birds. Tang Guoshe said.
Walking from the fuhe river embankment to the lake, from time to time, you will encounter photography enthusiasts armed with "cannon barrels", who are quietly observing migratory birds, and from time to time the camera makes a "clicking" sound. "Migratory birds are coming, Swan Lake is the most lively time of the year, and many photography enthusiasts and birdwatchers have come from afar." Tang Guoshe said that with the concept of environmental protection deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, everyone came to Swan Lake and consciously went to the bird watching point, "A few years ago we built an iron fence along the lake so that people do not disturb the lives of migratory birds, and now few people secretly cross this red line." ”

21 people waited for one party to relocate to their homes

At 7:30 a.m., the bird protection team members arrived at the post on time to start the patrol, making a round trip of 30 kilometers. Patrol is the most laborious and eye-catching, need to check the fence, to promote the common sense of migratory bird protection to the citizens who come to bird watching, to persuade civilized bird watching, to pick up garbage along the way, not only that, but also to carry a telescope, always observe the situation of migratory birds on the lake, "If there are sick and injured birds, report to the rescue in time." With a strong heart, the members of the bird protection team gave the migratory birds a safe home. But the years are not spared, and they are not strong enough, as the captain of the Tang Guoshe is 67 years old this year, the average age of the team members is about 60 years old, "I am old, my eyes are not good, ready to work for two more years to retire." Tang Guoshe was most worried about the aging of the team, "To be honest, our job of guarding birds is indeed very hard, but if there is no young people to join, then we will not be able to move after that, and who will guard the birds." ”
