Whenever he was tired and bored, he could faintly see two ape-like animals jumping around beside him, and he would not leave no matter how he shouted and cursed. But both the mouth and the body are created from the heart. The Daozang Ji Shulu says, "Those who are fasting, the heart is fasting." "If you can always maintain a calm and peaceful state of mind, your mouth and body will naturally be far away."

(Reflection) In life and in heaven and earth, everything is observed. Deceiving people, deceiving things, deceiving people before others, all cannot deceive the gods of heaven and earth. Don't think you're smart and don't leak anything. No one knows. There is always a ledger that records a person's life, and some things should not be in him, but in his descendants.
