The reason for this is that the Mintun and Juntun policies of the Yuan and Ming dynasties turned Jianshui into a city of Han immigrants. The resulting strong promotion of the Central Plains culture and the influence of Confucian culture made Jianshui develop into a poetry county and a Lilebang in southern Yunnan in the Ming and Qing dynasties. According to another theory, this place is also the place where many literati who had been high officials in the DPRK were not powerful, degraded, and exiled, and after coming to Jianshui, they poured their majestic and majestic strategy and full belly into it, creating this ancient city.
