In Wangshan Village, Liu Qi visited five households, namely Yi Yuxuan, Xu Jinquan, Wei Zhenhong, Li Xin, and Yang Zufen, a poverty alleviation household. Everywhere he went, Liu Qi conscientiously inspected the peasant households' housing and drinking water safety, talked cordially with them, inquired in detail about their physical condition, family income, children's schooling and employment, industrial development, and the help of party members and cadres, and learned about their current difficulties and problems, as well as their plans and demands in production and life. When learning that some of the masses of poverty-alleviated households have gone to work in other places, Liu Qi said: At present, the economic development momentum of Beiliu is very good, creating a large number of employment opportunities, and Beiliu people can also increase their income and become rich by employment in the local area, and they can also take care of their children to study and live for the elderly; he hopes that town and village cadres will do more work for the masses, vigorously publicize the benefits of local employment, enhance the ideological understanding of the masses, encourage them to work in their hometowns, and make contributions to the economic development of Beiliu while increasing economic income.

In the investigation, Liu Qi demanded that all levels and departments should fully implement the dynamic monitoring and support mechanism to prevent returning to poverty, clarify the content of monitoring, prevent the phenomenon of poverty alleviation households returning to poverty, and achieve early detection, early intervention, early assistance, and eliminate the risk of returning to poverty.
