From April 28 to 29, Zhang Zefeng, secretary of the party group and director of the Provincial Sports Bureau, came to investigate the progress of the construction of the National Ice Project Training Center. Guo Shigang, vice mayor of Chengde Municipal Government, and Yang Haitao, deputy secretary general of the municipal party committee and head of the base project construction supervision group, accompanied the investigation.
During the investigation, Director Zhang Zefeng inspected the project construction site on the spot and listened to the relevant reports of the supervision group, the Yudaokou Management Area, the Weichang County and the person in charge of the project construction.
After listening to the report, Director Zhang Zefeng stressed: First, there are more and more teams of the national team in the base training, and the weight is getting heavier and heavier, and we must do a good job in service guarantee work and epidemic prevention and control work. The Working Group of the Municipal Sports Bureau, the Yudaokou Management Area, the Base and the Winter Games Center of the General Administration should establish a communication guarantee mechanism and ensure the safety of the members of the national team in training. Second, it is necessary to make full use of the policy of "one meeting and three letters." In the process of promotion, the supervision group should communicate and coordinate at the first time when it comes to issues at the municipal level. Third, the base construction project should be rushed forward within the established time. The existing coordination mechanism must play its full role, it is necessary to solve the problem efficiently, and must not affect the construction period. Fourth, after the completion of the National Ice Project Training Center, it will become a landmark building in the Yudaokou Management Area, and it is necessary to consider it as a whole and improve the construction of surrounding supporting facilities.
The relevant departments of Chengde City said that in accordance with the spirit of the instructions of Director Zefeng, they will further do a good job in the service guarantee of the national team in the training of the base, epidemic prevention and control, inside and outside the base and related supporting projects, to ensure safe production construction, accelerate the successful completion of various work tasks of the base, and contribute to the construction of a strong province of ice and snow sports and a strong province of sports.
