Process issues

1) Heat treatment process; some alloy steels can achieve higher strength through heat treatment, improper heat treatment may lead to reduced material toughness and impact resistance, there are differences in the physical and chemical properties of different materials, and the sensitivity to the heat treatment process is not the same; obtaining good and stable materials is a problem that material manufacturers have repeatedly pondered. 2) Galvanizing process; when the material strength is high, the sensitivity to "hydrogen embrittlement" will rise, in the plating process, pickling, electroplating, degreasing and other links, may seep hydrogen, the number of more will produce "hydrogen embrittlement" effect, so the "dehydrogenation" process is very important.
