On November 9, in Hami Green Construction Environmental Protection Science and Technology Materials Co., Ltd., a batch of newly stamped blocks were being sent to the conveyor belt for the construction of municipal roads in the western area of Hami. As a new material production enterprise in Hami High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Hami Green Construction Environmental Protection Science and Technology Materials Co., Ltd. mainly produces building materials such as square bricks, curb stones, and blocks, and its production raw materials are all from the solid waste of surrounding factories and mining enterprises. Since the establishment of the factory in 2017, the company has produced a total of 150,000 cubic meters of various building materials products, which is equivalent to helping Hami reduce the discharge of solid waste by 80,000 tons.

This year, Hami City has completely and accurately implemented the new development concept, promoted high-quality economic development, guided industrial enterprises to promote green development, circular development and low-carbon development, and continued to explore industrial development and energy conservation and emission reduction to promote each other, and many bright spots have emerged in the circular economy industry. Hami High-tech Industrial Development Zone has formed a circular economy implementation plan for the park, built a circular economy industrial chain, built a circular framework for wastewater, waste gas and solid waste in the park, accelerated industrial agglomeration in the industrial park through the construction of key projects and the application of key technologies, promoted cleaner production, strengthened the construction of circular economy infrastructure, improved the ecological environment, improved waste reuse rate, established a waste and renewable resources trading information system, and further promoted the development of cleaner production, energy conservation and emission reduction, comprehensive utilization and circular economy in the park.

Hametli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the research and development and production of alternative petroleum products. The company's new project to replace oil and natural gas energy, coal tar refining diesel technology, has overcome the two difficulties of coal tar decolorization and deodorization, and built a comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 30,000 tons of waste mineral oil and 10,000 tons of waste tar residue, which will be put into production early next year.

Wu Wenyi, deputy general manager of the company, said: "After the project is put into operation, the waste motor oil, refrigerated oil and waste oil extracted by the maintenance and repair of wind power and heat and power from industrial enterprises in the park can be processed, and qualified mineral oil and base oil can be re-produced and recycled to reduce the pollution of waste to the environment and soil, thereby improving the green development level of the park." At present, the company's investment and construction of a comprehensive utilization project with an annual output of 300,000 tons of coal tar has entered the implementation stage. The project gives full play to the advantages of comprehensive utilization of resources and builds a circular economy development model to reduce the discharge of polluting waste, alleviate the pressure of the ecological environment, and achieve "industrial environmental protection and environmental protection industrialization". Wu Wenyi said: "The company treats the coal coking slag, cracks the coal coke slag through high temperature, and produces a small amount of fuel oil, tar and asphalt, and the maximum processing capacity is 60,000 tons. In this process, a large amount of waste mineral oil is generated, which can also be 'turned into treasure' and made into lubricating oil base oil to achieve the purpose of recycling. ”

In the industrial park of Naomaohu Town, Yiwu County, the construction of the lignite quality improvement exhaust gas comprehensive utilization project invested and built by Hamirun Dajianeng Power Generation Co., Ltd. has entered the end, has the conditions for operation, and can be put into operation at the end of the year. The project relies on the coal clean, graded, quality and efficient utilization project of Yiwujiangna New Materials Co., Ltd., and the analytical gas and waste gas generated are burned to generate electricity and realize the environmentally friendly utilization of resources.

"The local coal resources are rich in oil and gas, and the scarce gas in the coal chemical industry has been emitted to the air before, resulting in pollution and relatively high waste of energy consumption, and we have comprehensively utilized every active ingredient of coal by creating a circular industrial chain, including blue charcoal and coal tar." In terms of the utilization of waste gas, we have solved the previous high pollution and high energy consumption of air-to-air emissions by burning in power plants to generate electricity. Hu Jia, deputy general manager of the company, said that after the first and second phases of the project are fully put into operation, the annual consumption of waste gas is 4.8 billion cubic meters, and the second phase of the project currently under construction uses ultra-high temperature subcritical combustion boilers, which consume less raw materials and can be increased by about 5 percentage points compared with the original phase I project in terms of carbon emission reduction.

After the power plant reaches production, it can reduce about 1.8 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, with an annual sales output value of about 600 million yuan and 228 jobs. During the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, Hami continued to promote the low-carbon, clean, efficient and sustainable development of the modern coal chemical industry, the level of industrial green development has been significantly improved, "waste gas, waste residue" has achieved standard discharge, wastewater has basically achieved nearly zero discharge, and the environmental protection investment of modern coal chemical enterprises generally accounts for 15%-30% of the total investment of enterprises.
