When Hoshino was faced with the second craniotomy, the doctor was very honest and told him, "I don't know if it can be saved, but we will do our best if we try our best.". And he rarely said his last wish before the operation, if he really can't come back, if the operation doesn't go well, he will make his story into a movie, and then the income can be left to the staff and family.

Regaining a new life after the operation, Hoshino said that he did not want to talk about his painful experience of the disease, but wanted to convey his hopes to his patients who are now staying in the hospital. It was painful and I wanted to throw up...
