In the Harry Potter films, a beautiful fairy tale presents us with the origin of the "Deathly Hallows":
The three wizard brothers used their magic skills to escape death, and death appeared and gave the three brothers an "old wand", a "resurrection stone", and a "cloak of invisibility" as gifts. The boss who obtains the "Old Wand" becomes arrogant and is killed by another wizard in the hotel, his soul is taken away by death, and the Old Wand is missing. The second brother got the "resurrection stone" and returned home to resurrect his beloved with a stone, but found that it backfired, and the discouraged second brother chose to commit suicide, and the god of death once again got his wish. The humble and obedient third elder kept a low profile after getting the "invisibility cloak" until he grew old, and he passed on the cloak to his son and calmly followed death to the world.
The whole story of the Deathly Hallows is like this, which is a familiar story in the wizarding world, but this does not mean that the three treasures are from the God of Death, and Dumbledore has his own opinion on this:
"I think it's more likely that the Peverell brothers were powerful, dangerous wizards who succeeded in making these powerful artifacts. In my opinion, the story of the Deathly Hallows is more like some sort of legend that revolves around these inventions. ”
So in Dumbledore's view, the three Pevlerie brothers should be the makers of the Deathly Hallows, but how does this story relate to Harry Potter next? Let's start with Peverell's youngest brother and his cloak of invisibility.
As in the second half of the fairy tale, Ignatus Peverell passed on the Cloak of Invisibility to his son, and the treasure has been passed down through the Peverell family ever since. Around the 17th century, the male heir to the Peverell branch died unexpectedly, and the family estate and the cloak were passed on to a female heir at the time, who married into the Potter family.
This side branch of Peverell was incorporated into the Potter family, and the invisibility cloak was naturally entered into the Potter family's inheritance sequence as a souvenir of the marriage between the two families, and then passed on to Harry's father, James Potter.
Dumbledore had already received the Elder Wand (from Grindelwald) by that time, and upon learning of the Potter family heirloom, he realized that it was probably the long-lost third Deathly Hallows, so he borrowed the Cloak of Invisibility from James Potter and began to study it in conjunction with his own Elder Wand.
But it wasn't long before James and Lily were killed by Voldemort, and when Harry entered Hogwarts at the age of 11, Dumbledore anonymously returned the cloak to Harry, and the heirloom was returned to the Potter family.
Cadmus, the second of the three brothers, uses the Resurrection Stone in the story to retrieve his dead lover. However, according to the description in the original book, the Resurrection Stone does not have the ability to revive the dead (Grindelwald once thought that the Resurrection Stone could summon an army of ghouls, and Dumbledore once thought that the Resurrection Stone could bring his dead loved ones back to life, but in fact both were wrong).
Later, Harry Potter obtained the Resurrection Stone and used it in the Forbidden Forest, but only summoned the souls of his loved ones, so it is likely that Cadmus Peverell in the story retrieved only the souls of his lovers with the Resurrection Stones.
It is further speculated that if Cadmus Peverell was the maker of the Resurrection Stone, he certainly knew that the true power of the Resurrection Stone was not to resurrect the dead, and it was impossible for him to commit suicide because of this, so it is likely that Cadmus Peverell survived and had children.
The Resurrection Stone was then made into a ring by Cadmus and passed on to his descendants, and according to J.K. Rowling, this side of Peverell's lineage was married to the Slytherin family, and the descendants of the marriage gave up the surnames on both sides and changed their surnames to Gaunt (for reasons not disclosed). So the ring was passed down to Marvolo Gaunt, the grandfather of Tom Marvolo Riddle (Voldemort). So in terms of bloodline, there is still a very weak relationship between our Lord Voldemort and Harry Potter.
Mavolo Gunter's daughter Melop fell in love with a Muggle that pure-blood proponent Marvolo absolutely could not tolerate and was the main reason for the disintegration of the Gaunt family. After the death of Marvolo Gunter, Tom Riddle returned to The Gunter's house in search of his wizarding lineage, where he stole the ring from the Gaunt family.
After becoming Voldemort, Tom turned the ring into a Horcrux of his own, and placed protective spells and curses on him in the Old Gaunt House. Since Voldemort had no one to worry about, he had never realized that the stone in the ring was actually one of the Deathly Hallows.
Dumbledore later discovered the ring while tracing Tom Riddle's past, which was also Voldemort's Horcrux. Based on his own years of research, he judged that it was most likely the Resurrection Stone.
Dumbledore's desire for his family overcame reason and brought the ring to his hand, completely forgetting that Voldemort's curse had not yet been lifted. This led to the abolition of Dumbledore's right hand, and Severus Snape told him that the curse would eventually spread throughout his body and that he would only have a year to live, so Dumbledore had plans for Severus Snape to end his life.
Before that, the Resurrection Stone was removed by Dumbledore, and the ring was destroyed by him with Gryffindor's sword. The Resurrection Stone was then passed to Harry among the Golden Snitches as a relic of Dumbledore.
In addition, many people think that the Philosopher's Stone in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone is the Resurrection Stone, which is actually a misunderstanding, and there is no relationship between the two. The Philosopher's Stone was an alchemical product made by Nicholas Frymel and had the effect of rejuvenating, so it was used as a tool to restore the body by Voldemort, who had lost his form at that time, and the Resurrection Stone was still lying quietly in The Old Gaunt House.

Grindelwald was stolen from Grigovich, the owner of the Old Wand at the time, who simply knocked him unconscious with his wand and did not kill him, and the Elder Wand later showed extraordinary abilities in Grindelwald's hands, so Dumbledore later realized that this common understanding of the wizarding world was wrong.

It wasn't until 1997 that Dumbledore was disarmed by Draco Malfoy at the Hogwarts Observatory, which effectively made Draco Malfoy the owner of the Old Wand for the time being, but Voldemort was unaware of it. Voldemort thought that Snape had killed Dumbledore, and that the Elder Wand should naturally be loyal to Dumbledore, which led to Snape's subsequent death.
By 1998, Harry Potter had snatched Malfoy's wand (not the Old Wand, which had been buried with Dumbledore at Malfoy Manor), an act that made Harry the owner of the Elder Wand.
J.K. Rowling's explanation is that the Elder Wand obeys absolute power, and as long as the holder is overpowered by others, it will follow the next owner, whether it holds the Elder Wand or not. In other words, if someone had a fight with Harry at this time and beat him to the ground, he could become the owner of the Elder Wand.
At this point, the three treasures of the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Cloak of Invisibility actually belonged to Harry (the Elder Wand was briefly obtained by Voldemort, but was officially acquired by Harry after the Battle of Hogwarts). Harry's failure to die this time was the same reason he survived from Voldemort as a baby, and it was Lily Potter's sacrifice to cast a protective spell at work.
