Focusing on the goal of building a "youth-friendly city" in Nanjing, the "Planning" clearly puts forward the work goal of building a "youth innovative, friendly and development-oriented urban area demonstration area", and incorporates it into the outline of the "14th Five-Year Plan" of the new district; adheres to the employment priority strategy, implements the new action of youth gathering, focuses on the structural, adaptable, and complete issues of college graduates' employment and entrepreneurship, and vigorously introduces high-level and overseas talents; improves the settlement of talents, housing security, one-time interview subsidies, The whole chain policy service system such as vocational skills training and internship internship vigorously creates a livable environment and growth and development space suitable for young people, so that the new district can better accept, tolerate and achieve youth, continuously enhance the sense of acquisition and satisfaction of young people in the new district, and strive to achieve the integrated development of youth and the industrial city of the new district.
