Lying down to aim at a gun is the basic skill of a sniper. At the beginning of the training, they forced themselves to lie on the ground every day and practice motionless for 2 hours.
At first, their elbows were worn out of the skin and blood, and every day after training, a dark red blood stain was left on the sleeves. Over time, as the wounds slowly turned into calluses, the stability of their guns continued to improve.

Quiet is silent, and moving kills the enemy with one blow, which is a unique battlefield law of snipers. Shooting may seem like a moment, but it is a comprehensive test of physical strength, endurance, explosiveness and battlefield resilience.
"Armed 3 kilometers is just a warm-up, covert lurking, sniper hunting, offensive and defensive operations and other subjects, we have to go through it every day like male soldiers." Bai Tingting said. There are no men or women on the battlefield, and only by exercising strong skills can bullets penetrate the heart of the enemy at critical moments.
