"My name is Hailiqi Khan Yusufu, I am a graduate of the Education and Training Center in Shanshan County, Turpan City, and I am now the foreman of a hot pot restaurant in the county.

In the past, I was influenced by religious extremism and had a lot of misconceptions. At that time, I thought that women wearing fashion clothes were contrary to religious doctrine; women could not wear wedding dresses, could not sing and dance, and could not cry at funerals. Slowly I began to be reluctant to communicate with people, my temper was not good, and my children were afraid of me and did not want to be close to me. Later, under the persuasion of my family, I went to the education and training center.

At the education and training center, the teacher said that it is ridiculous that religious extremists should also divide medicine into "halal" and "innocent", but this has happened to me. Before going to the education and training center, once my daughter had a high fever of 39.5 degrees, my husband wanted to buy medicine, I did not agree, said that those drugs were not true, so I had a big fight with my husband, and my husband ignored me for a long time. In class, I cried remorsefully and felt sorry for the child. The teacher comforted me and told me to save my husband and children with actions.

After graduating, my children said that I had changed, that they were no longer as afraid of me as they used to be, and that there was laughter at home. Using the skills I learned, I got a job in a restaurant. At work, I am proactive and enthusiastic about my guests. The boss saw that I was working very hard and let me be the foreman.
