People's Online Hai September 24 -- On the evening of September 24, the Shanghai Grand Theatre and Coliseum were full. Co-directed by Zhou Liya and Han Zhen, co-produced by the Palace Museum, China Oriental Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd. and People's Network Co., Ltd., and jointly produced by Yushang Hemei Cultural Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sihai Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., the dance poetry drama "Only This Green" - Dance Painting "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" was grandly performed here, and met with The Shanghai audience for the first time.
"A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" incarnates the dance poetry drama "Only This Green", using the stage to reproduce the aesthetics of the Great Song Dynasty, connecting the thousand years of stillness and movement, and opening an immersive "painting appreciation" experience for the audience. In August, it premiered three times at the National Centre for the Performing Arts, with a cumulative exposure of 247 million on the all-media platform, successfully "breaking the circle".
Dance poetry drama: silence is better than sound, paying tribute to China's excellent traditional culture
Poetry and drama are in the same vein as literary history, and the "Nine Songs" of the pre-Qin period in China can be regarded as the earliest prototype of poetry and drama, and the Yuanqu can also be regarded as a readable and performable poetry drama. "Dance poetry drama" is a comprehensive stage presentation that uses dance as a vocabulary and poetic expression to create a realm of "silence is better than sound".
The dance poetry drama "Only This Green" cuts into and traces back to the excellent traditional Chinese culture from the perspective of the present person, and the audience will follow an exhibition volume person, following the outline of the chapter of "exhibition volume, asking the seal, singing silk, searching for stones, learning brush, quenching ink, and entering the painting", wandering in the legendary traditional Chinese aesthetics.
Pu Guang of the Yuan Dynasty praised this map in the inscription of the "Thousand Mile River and Mountain Map": "You can walk alone for a thousand years, and the lonely moon ear of the stars." "Wang Ximeng's painting "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", all the painting materials are from the Northern Song court, the high-quality materials given by the emperor provide an important material basis for the birth of paintings, and are also the condensation of the wisdom of traditional Chinese craftsmanship - in the cultural climate of the Northern Song Dynasty, the processes of weaving silk, pen making, ink making and so on have reached a peak, and the stone blue and stone green used in coloring are also mineral pigments with extremely high cost cost. When the results of these top craftsmanship were gathered on the paintings of the eighteen-year-old young painter, Wang Ximeng expanded the possibilities of green and green color with exquisite techniques, and pushed the green landscape painting to the peak of extreme development.
"The dance poetry drama "Only This Green", jointly produced by the Palace Museum, China Oriental Performing Arts Group and the People's Network, spans ancient and modern time and space, takes 'green green' as the beauty of China, and uses dance to draw a "Map of a Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains". This is a connection between literature and art, and it is also a mutual learning between art and media. Ye Zhenzhen, secretary of the party committee, chairman and president of the People's Network Co., Ltd., said that "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" is the work of Wang Ximeng when he was 18 years old, and such a story will surely impress today's young generation.
Multiple time and space interlaced: national treasures and cultural relics resonate with the spirit of modern people
The dance poetry drama "Only This Green" adopts a narrative structure of interlacing time and space. The plot time is set to the real time when "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" is about to be exhibited, and when the young painter Wang Ximeng is about to finish the manuscript a thousand years ago, the exhibition volume people have entered Wang Ximeng's heart because of their dedicated study of "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains", accompanied by his precious time of painstakingly drawing "Thousands of Rivers and Mountains", and with this "genius teenager" who has only a few numbers recorded, he has explored the accident and inevitability of "a thousand miles of rivers and mountains", and has read the emotional connection between ancient cultural relics and modern people.
The stage outlines a rich layer of paintings: a round of bright moon illuminates the millennium, the exhibition volume people face Wang Ximeng's four eyes in the moonlight; the conscientious cultural and museum workers of the Palace Museum and the diligent ancient craftsmen together to form a humanistic picture of blending scenes.
