The source is the meat or whole of the pheasant pheasant.

The promorph is about 90 cm long. Hermaphroditic; males have gorgeous plumage; brass on the top of their heads, with slightly white eyebrow lines on both sides. The iris is chestnut red and the eye area is bare. Mouth light character, the base turns black. The chin, throat and nape are all black with metallic reflections. There is a prominent white circle under the neck, the front of the back is mainly golden yellow, turning backwards to chestnut red, and then olive green, all of which are mixed with black and white markings. The waist side is pure blue-gray and turns back to maroon. The tail feathers are long, sharply pointed at the apex, yellowish brown in the center, and purple chestnut on both sides; the central part is mostly black transverse spots, and the horizontal spots on both sides also turn dark purple maroon; the wing coverts are mostly yellowish brown and mixed with millet, turning outwards to silver gray: the flight feathers are dark brown and decorated with white spots: the thorax is copper-red with purple, and the pinnae has anchor-like black spots; and the flanks are golden. It is also scattered with black spots; the abdomen is dark brown; and the tail is covered with chestnut and brown. The feet are short and robust, reddish grayish-brown, with spacing; the claws are short and blunt, black. The female is smaller and has a shorter tail. The body feathers are mostly sandy brown , with a patch of maroon and black spots on the back. The dark spots on the tail are embellished with maroon. No distance.

It usually inhabits the hills of wild grass or other shady plants, and in winter it migrates to the grasslands and fields at the foot of the mountain to forage for cereals, berries, seeds, insects, etc.

The animal's brain (pheasant brain), tail feathers (pheasant tail), and liver (pheasant liver) are also used for medicinal purposes.

Habitats are distributed several times throughout the country.
