The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University Feng Yuhong
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan, the book "Basics and Clinical of Medical Shockwaves" published by Peking University Medical Press was recently held in the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University on November 3, 2021, and all the members of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University participated in the preparation of the press conference.

The book "Basic and Clinical of Medical Shockwaves" was jointly compiled by Guo Yinglu, honorary director of Tianjin Institute of Urology and academician Guo Yinglu of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. It is composed of physics, biology and clinical parts of medical shockwave engineering, of which the third part of the clinical part is compiled by 20 multidisciplinary experts led by Niu Yuanjie, dean of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, which systematically expounds the basic principles of medical shockwave engineering physics, summarizes and discusses the clinical and preclinical research progress and possible future research directions. The publication of this book is of great significance to promote the development of modern micro-energy medicine, as a comprehensive treatise on medical shockwave technology with international standards, its content has both current hot research and prospects for future research and practice, and at the same time, it also has the engineering principles and possible mechanisms of action of new technologies, which can adapt to the needs of different readers to a certain extent. It can be used as a reference for researchers in related fields and as an advanced reading for the public to understand medical shockwave medicine.
The Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University as the organizer of this conference, Professor Han Ruifa, former director of The Department of Urology of Tianjin, made a high evaluation of the book; President Niu Yuanjie presided over and participated in the conference, and evaluated that the technology has been continuously developed and improved in practice, and will continue to expand in the treatment of clinical diseases, especially the clinical application of the shockwave of the enemy, which shows a new and broader prospect of medical application. Professor Xin Zhongcheng, chief expert of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University and deputy editor-in-chief of this book, introduced in detail the mechanism of medical shockwave for regeneration and repair of diseases, the molecular biology of rehabilitation function, the mechanism of pathophysiology and clinical safety and efficacy, and introduced the mechanism of erectile dysfunction repairing the function of neurovascular endothelial cells in the past 30 years.
At the press conference, Professor Xin Zhongcheng, deputy editor-in-chief of the book, Professor Niu Yuanjie, president of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University, and Professor Han Ruifa, former director of the Tianjin Institute of Urology, issued certificates to all the staff of the Second Hospital of Tianjin Medical University.
