Day 12 of the movement.

The weather was bad and the running was suspended for a day.

Squat 100*2.

Open and close jump 120 *2.

Skipping rope 120*2.

Next Phase Objectives (Sunday):

4.5 km/ 6' or less.

Squats 90 at a time.

Open and close jump 120 pcs. --A warm-up is necessary before each exercise. Tentatively, as the subsequent physical fitness slowly increases, the warm-up strength can be increased accordingly.
