Ieyasu". The script was written by Ryota Furuzawa, who had worked as a screenwriter in famous works such as "The Sunset of Forever Sanchome". The protagonist, Tokugawa Ieyasu, is played by Jun Matsumoto.

The play depicts Tokugawa Ieyasu's life's experiences. Born in Japan during the Sengoku period, Tokugawa Ieyasu lost his home country as a teenager, died in time for his father, and parted ways with his mother. The lonely boy with a broken heart soon became the monarch of a weak and small country, and in order to survive, he had to struggle to find a way to develop in this chaotic world.

Jun Matsumoto, who is about to star in the Okawa drama for the first time, said: "For me, this is the biggest challenge I have faced so far. However, since I am determined to devote myself to this work with everyone, I intend to take on this huge challenge. He said: "This time I want to work with you to create a new version of Ieyasu with a different character, playing a character who constantly struggled in the chaotic world and finally calmed the war." ”
