張尚國，張尚國，男，筆名松石，号雞鳴山人，尚書堂主，1959年5月生于炎帝神農故裡編鐘古樂之鄉随州随縣。

文化部中國書畫院書畫家，湖北省書法家協會會員、中國楹聯學會會員、國家民族畫院書畫家、牛津藝術學院博士生導師、中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體工作委員會委員、中國企業文化促進會藝術家工作委員會委員、國家一級美術師、民族書畫家報、中國書法大字典編委。
自幼愛好書畫篆刻及攝影藝術，尤擅書畫篆刻，主攻書法，學而不辍，博采衆長，現諸體皆能，其作品既繼承傳統又有創新并具有個人特色。他認為，學書重在悟，學我者亡、叛我者生。由于他的藝術功底紮實，底氣十足，對各種書體駕輕就熟，加之對楷書之嚴正、草書之流暢、隸書之雄強篆書之古拙成竹在胸；故而能運用多種豐富變化的筆法，雄渾取勝，樸拙出美，不求态而無态不備，不求美而美蘊其中，形成個人典雅、靈動、形神兼備、跌宕多姿的藝術風格。作品多次在國内外書畫大展寒中入展并分别獲一三、精品獎、優秀獎、書聖杯金獎。
1997年3月作品入選97湖北省首屆人大系統書畫展。
1999年11月作品參加“慶祝新中國成立五十周年暨澳門回歸祖國”湖北省書法系列大展·第二屆新人書法作品展。
2001年10月作品入選“慶祝中華人民共和國成立五十二周年—‘中華魂’書畫作品邀請展”，榮獲入選獎。
2001年3月在第一屆全國風景名勝楹大展中，作品入展并編入《全國風景名勝楹聯荟萃精典》。
2002年10月書法作品入編《中國書法電視大獎賽精品集》，榮獲書法作品“精品獎”。
2019年9月作品在“湖北省離退休幹部慶祝新中國成立70周年書畫展”中入展。
2003年9月書法作品捐獻給湖北省十堰市檔案館。
2006年6月獲得全國“龍”字書法篆刻大賽優秀獎。
2009年3月作品刊登于人民網“書畫收藏頻道”。
2009年9月慶祝新中國成立60周年之際，作品榮譽入編《偉大的文藝複興》大型特輯。
2018年榮獲全國兩會重點推薦“人民藝術家”稱号。
2019年5月中國文學藝術研究會授予“國家文化傳承創新貢獻獎”。
2020年4月被中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體書畫家工作委員會評選為“最具創作力的書畫名家”。
2020年11月在中國文化管理協會書畫工作委員會和四川同心文化藝術院共同發起的“戮力同心·武漢加油—衆志成城抗疫情”作品義捐贈給“武漢老肖家春林綜合醫院”。
2020年11月被中宣部授予“建黨百位書畫英雄”榮譽稱号 。

2021年10月在文學藝術創作上做出突出貢獻，被評為2022《百幅書畫·迎冬奧盛會》最佳創意獎。

Zhang Shangguo, male, pen name Songshi, also known as Jimingshan Ren, is the head of the Shangshu Hall. He was born in May 1959 in Suixian County, Suizhou, the hometown of Bianzhong Ancient Music and the hometown of Emperor Yan Shennong.

In November 1999, his works participated in the Hubei Province Calligraphy Series Exhibition, the second New Artists Calligraphy Exhibition, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the return of Macau to the motherland.
In October 2001, the work was selected for the "Celebration of the 52nd Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China - Invitation Exhibition of Chinese Soul Calligraphy and Painting Works" and won the selection award.
