用CVS進行 checkout時的連接配接錯誤

2401 failed: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

原因可能是防火牆屏蔽了2401端口， 修改一下防火牆設定就好了。
