強調句

基本結構

It is|was... that|who，該句型結構中，除了謂語動詞不能強調外，句子中其它成分包括主語、狀語、賓語、賓語補足語或從句都可以用該句型中加以強調，強調的主語且主語為人時，可用who；

I met him yesterday in the market.

It was I who met him yesterday in the supermarket.強調主語

It was him that I met yesterday in the supermarket.強調賓語

It was yesterday that I met him in the supermarket.強調時間狀語

It was in the supermarket that I met him yesterday.強調地點狀語

I met Sam at the railway station yesterday.

It was I who met Sam at the railway station yesterday.

It was Sam that I met at the railway station yesterday.

It was at the railway station that I met Sam yesterday.

It was yesterday I met Sam at the railway station.

疑問句

1、一般疑問句的強調

Was|Is it + 被強調部分 + that|who + 剩餘部分；

Was it him that you met yesterday in the supermaket?

2、特殊疑問句的強調

When and wherewas it that you met him?

Who was it that you met yesterday in the supermarket?

What kind of materialsis it that you want?

強調從句部分

The first of the vitamins was not identified until 1911.直到1911年才發現了第一種維生素

--> It was not until 1911 that the first of the vitamins was identified.

強調句與其他從句的區分

1、強調句與主語從句

It is known to all that China has many places of interest.  # 主語從句，it作形式主語，真正的主語為that後面的部分，it is... that去掉句子不完整

It was his sister who won the 3rd in the campaign.  # 強調句，it was... who為強調句型，強調his sister，it was... who去掉句子完整

2、強調句與定語從句

It was in the class room that he lost his books.強調句

It was the class room where(或in which) he lost his books.定語從句

3、強調句與狀語從句

It was in the morning when he woke up.當他醒來時，是早晨了

It was in the morning that he woke up.就在第二天早晨他醒來了

助動詞do|does|did|強調謂語動詞

I doagreee with your opinions.我同意你的觀點

Please docome and take part in the game.請一定來參加比賽

Shedid work hard this semester.她這學期非常努力

用形容詞或副詞強調名詞

He was the onlyperson in the room.他是這個房間裡唯一的一個人

This is the verylowest price I can offer.這是我能提供的最低的價格了

用what強調

What I said was true.我剛剛說的是真的

What impressed me most is her sincerity.令我印象最深刻的是她的真誠

What we need to do is (to) communicate with the elder.我們需要做的是和老年人溝通
