sdk manager無法下載下傳問題解決（轉）

最近SDK出問題了，然後在google下載下傳了一個android-sdk-windows.rar,然後點選SDK Manager，結果一直不能重新整理API Level，然後就開始在網上找了好多資料，解決這個問題，修改 HOSTS,    HTTP  和  HTTPS  都不能解決，這給我帶來了很大的困惑！   加載不出來的界面錯誤為：

我就糾結了，一直連接配接失敗，難道是電信把google android屏蔽了，最近有一個想法，電信再怎麼屏蔽android  但是不會屏蔽google搜尋引擎的，如果電信把google搜尋引擎屏蔽了，那電信估計也倒閉了！ 呵呵  我就做了一個選擇  ，使用www.google.com做代理，詳細看截圖：

然後點選了一個package下的  reload  重新加載
