Error running 'ips server': Address localhost:8080 is already in use

這一天早上idea啟動項目，運作幾秒就彈出10:56 Error running 'ips server': Address localhost:8080 is already in use的錯誤，網上搜了一下，有很多不同的說法，也有很多不同的解決方法。确實是端口被占用了。我的是Idea和Oracle的端口沖突了。我解決的方法是結束了我沒用的Oracle程序，然後啟動idea，結果啟動了，如果其他大神遇到同樣的問題，可以更改一下端口，也許問題可以得到解決。
