解決Spring boot 中文亂碼問題

1。在 application.properties中添加配置項

spring.http.encoding.force=true
spring.http.encoding.charset=UTF-8
spring.http.encoding.enabled=true
server.tomcat.uri-encoding=UTF-8
           

2。建立國際化支援配置類
