【Technology033】Review on the fault of a no-leader group discussion

The interview for the product trainee is composed of three parts: no-leader group discussion, professional interview & HR interview, general manager interview.

I failed in the no-leader group discussion. I won’t feel accepted if I failed in a professional interview or general manager interview. But I feel unfair for I was not rejected just after the no-leader group discussion.

I feel pain so I want to find out the reason and try to avoid it in the next no-leader group discussion. The interviewer said that my speech is lack of logical.

But I think the main point is that I should be more aggressive. I tried to be a leader, but no one will accept a leader. So I should say that I try to be a speaker to conclude to represent our group.

The boy next to me passed the no-leader group discussion. He said that he would like to be the recorder. Then he said that he would like to be a speaker when we need to conclude after 25 discussions.

My self-introduction should be like this: my name is XX. I experienced XX. My logical thinking and expression ability are good, so I’d like to have a try to conclude. If someone also wants to do this, we can compete with each other.

So, the main point, as I think, is that I need to show my attitude. I want to speak to the team. I’m open to any challenges. If I don’t say, no one will regard me as a leader since everyone wants to be a leader.
