SAP CRM WebClient UI頁面跳轉最常見的問題

In QI2/506, once you click hyperlink of product id in search result view, you can NOT reach product overview page as expected.

Error message:

From the error message, we know that PRDIOOV is expected to be rendered. This is wrong!! The exception is raised in line 15.

Via debugging, it is clear that PRDIOOV is determined by PRD01OV.

Then go to PRD01OV, the default view is maintained by mistake as PRDIOOV by some one.

After restoring the default view back to PRD01OV, issue resolved:

Product overview page could be opened now.
