IE網頁flash空白

        IE網頁flash空白。我在浏覽網頁時發現嵌入其中的Flash和視訊顯示為空白，以前應該是IE自動下載下傳安裝播放的插件的，但現在重裝系統并打更新檔包後IE就不自動安裝了。我對IE安全性設為“中級”的“預設級别”都沒有用，請問怎麼辦？我的系統是Windows 2000。我記得在以前安裝的系統中啟動IE浏覽網頁時，會自動安裝Flash等插件，而現在我在兩台機器上新裝系統後，浏覽網頁後都不再自動安裝Flash、視訊播放器等插件，應該是打的安全更新檔起的效果，請問是不是有什麼IE選項可在浏覽網頁需要時提示我安裝插件？我現在碰上的情況是不僅Flash，基本上網頁上的視訊都不能播放，顯示為空白，或者空白左上角還有個紅色小叉。
