The 16 transportation offices and 5 transportation comprehensive law enforcement squadrons were integrated into 5 transportation comprehensive law enforcement squadrons (central offices), which have the "dual functions" of grassroots transportation industry supervision and comprehensive law enforcement, efficiently integrated the grassroots traffic management offices and law enforcement forces, broke through the barriers of transportation functions, and promoted the deepening and practical implementation of grassroots law enforcement.

Decentralize authority, and the handling of simple law enforcement cases is handled by each squadron separately, so as to facilitate the handling of illegal (regulation) transportation businesses nearby and shorten the processing time of illegal cases.
