In the new power system experimental base, a charging pile to be inspected enters the test area through an intelligent transportation robot, and under the precise operation of the robotic arm, the test is completed, and it will be put on the market after passing the test. This is the first unmanned whole-process charging pile verification and testing line in China, which realizes the batch and unmanned testing of charging piles, and won the "Special Commendation Gold Medal" at the 48th Geneva International Exhibition of Inventions.

Jin Yuan, senior engineer of the new energy technology center of Beijing Electric Power Research Institute, said that compared with the traditional manual detection method, its efficiency can be increased by more than 90 times. There are 5 testing stations in parallel on the assembly line, and the testing capacity can reach 30 units a day, including a total of 172 tests such as safety, electrical performance, compatibility, and measurement. If it is manual, it takes three days to test one, which is equivalent to greatly improving the detection efficiency.

Du Yanping, chief engineer of Beijing Huashang Sanyou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., introduced that the mobile charging pile, the charging pile and the walking mechanism are combined, which can support the movement according to the set parking space information, for example, enter a parking space number here, it can automatically move to the corresponding parking space for charging, so as to solve the problem of traditional oil vehicle occupancy. In the centralized large-scale parking lot, it is necessary to build a lot of charging piles, and in the case of insufficient electric energy, through the way of mobile charging piles, it is also possible to build fewer fixed charging piles to support the use of multiple parking spaces.

In the experimental base, State Grid Beijing Electric Power and Beijing Huashang Sanyou and other enterprises jointly built an interactive platform for electric vehicles and power grids in Beijing. The platform is connected to 104,000 charging piles in the city, which can flexibly adjust the power grid for orderly charging according to the charging load. Du Yanping, chief engineer of Huashang Sanyou New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., said that for example, when I went to work at 8 o'clock in the morning, many people began to charge their cars, and the transformer was almost full, and dozens of piles could be connected at most. If the charging method is carried out in an orderly manner, the charging load can be reduced to about 30%, and more than 180 piles may be accessed, and the access capacity can be increased by 3~5 times.

At the same time, the vehicle-to-network interactive platform can also transfer the charging load of electric vehicles through peak shaving, so as to help the consumption of green power such as photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation. For example, Du Yanping said that around 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. is the time when photovoltaic power is high, and at night it is more of a time when wind power is high. During these two periods, if I organize charging piles to charge more, this can help the consumption of green electricity, and if the vehicle network does not interact, a lot of photovoltaic and wind power may be wasted.

On February 7 this year, the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of a National Green Development Demonstration Zone in Beijing Urban Sub-center" was approved. Wang Yaqun, head of the innovation center of State Grid Beijing Tongzhou Power Supply Company, said that the sub-center of the city is currently accelerating the construction of new power system demonstration projects to promote the low-carbon transformation of electricity. Three 500 thousand volt substations should be built in the sub-center of the city, supported by three power sources in the south, one in the north and one in the middle, and by 2035, it is planned to build a new "1+3+62" substation to double the capacity of new equipment, laying a solid foundation for effectively undertaking a high proportion of foreign green power and supporting the local large-scale distributed new energy grid connection in the future. Through the development of some demonstration projects such as the new power system experimental base and the urban green heart, it will be promoted in the whole sub-center in the future.

It is estimated that by 2035, the scale of green electricity transferred from urban sub-centers will reach more than 8 billion kilowatt hours, an increase of more than five times the current level, and the proportion of green electricity in the whole society will reach 60%.
