2005年，发行第一首原创单曲《棉花糖男孩》。2006年5月，发布单曲《卑微的承诺》；同年8月正式签约竹书文化；同年11月，发布专辑《你的烂借口》。2012年8月独立发行首张全创作专辑《乔试牛刀》。2013年，成立乔洋工作室。2015年加入音乐创作职业队-秀天下；同年12月4日发布全新第二张专辑《乔洋2.0》。[2]2020年2月23日，发行合唱单曲《修山》。
