function "FLASH_Unlock" declared implicitly解决办法

  有时在编译STM32工程是会出现 function "FLASH_Unlock" declared implicitly，解决办法：

一、在新版本的库中

其实只要释放配置文件 stm32f10x_conf.h中的 #include "stm32f10x_flash.h"即可
