Energy and persistence conquer all things. Besides, strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle. You can make mistakes, but you're not a failure until you start blaming others for those mistakes. Just as the word by Robert F Kennedy goes, “Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.” There will be obstacles, doubters and mistakes in work and life. But with hard work, there are no limits. Don’t be afraid to do something you’re not qualified to do. My mother often tells me, “Life keeps throwing you stones. And you keep finding the diamonds.”
