To-do list for the new year. 2023年心愿清单:

1. Keep a healthy lifestyle. 坚持健康生活方式。

Get up early and go to bed before 11pm.

More vegetables and fruits.

More plant-based foods — whole food-based and high carbohydrate — and less or no processed and refined foods.

多吃复合碳水化合物,少吃、不吃加工食品。

Complex carbohydrates, such as beans, peas, vegetables and whole grains provide vitamins, minerals and fiber that can go missing in processed and refined foods. 复合碳水化合物包括:豆类、豌豆、蔬菜和全谷物,可保证维生素、矿物质和纤维的摄入。

2. Read and learn.坚持看书学习。

Read 10 books in the year.

Keep learning English and Japanese.

For English, at least one post of vocabulary every day and one article every two weeks; and for Japanese, start to learn Sino-japanese standard Japanese, finish book 1.

3. Take a walk (of course after joint ligament sprain getting better).坚持锻炼(腿伤好之前只能散步了,no jogging🏃)

4. Last but not least, saving up to buy an apartment for my son. (The most important but the most difficult one.)最后但是最重要也最难的目标:买房。
