3.2 Everyone is creative
Creativity is inherent（内在的）in all of us，and
even though we know that a person doesn't need
to look like a person for a painting to be classified as great art，most of us have irrational（非理性的）fear of getting it wrong. So we don't participat.
Being creative is not just about being able to create art；it‘s as much about being open-minded and having the capacity to think up new ideas or link information in different ways. It's having the ability to find novel（新颖的） solutions to problems，and we're all capable of that.
Being creative lowers your stress levels，helps
decrease negative emotions and generally improves wellbeing.
That's accroding to many reports，including one
from The American Journal of Public Health in 2010.
