the receipt is below:
prepared
clam 10 grains,
abalone 10 grains,
salt 1g,
ginger piece 30g.
cold water 3.5 rice bowl.
equipments:
soup pot,spoon,flame or electricity rice cooker.
put cold water in a soup pot.
added abalone,ginger into cold water first.boiled them first with lid.mid flame.
added clam into abalone soup once boiled.and boiled them together with a lid again.
turned flame smaller once boiled again.reboiling for 2 min at least,until the clams r opened shells themselves.lid off.
added salt.flame off.
put the soup and seafood together into a soup bowl.served it with spoon,chopsticks,toothpick.
caution.
1.seafoods with shells must be washed,brushed with toothbrush.
2.green in the flesh of a balone is its guts.guts off by toothpick before chew./after boiled.
3.one portion only here.
4.u have to add fishballs or shrimp balls into cold water next time,boiled seafood balls with abalone together. and added clam then.the soup would be tasty more.
5.a abalone has 5 or more holes/hollows on its shell.shells r dumpy.
6.a clam has a smooth shell.no hollows on it.
7.whatever,the soup in pot on flame is boiled and smoking,all shells r opened,seafood balls r floated and swollen.it's well done.below 10.mins.
8.some clams r dead,shells cannot be opened however boiled or cooked.unateable.
9.u cannot be fatter.so, the seafood soup once monthly.it's richy in nutruition
