逼单有技巧,但更要重视这一点!(附邮件模板)

之前跟您提到的墨西哥客户回复我了,他要求10月份交期。

但公司要求客户下周一务必确定订单,否则,就不可能达到他的交期。

我与客户沟通的时候,也强调了这点,让客户将PI先签字确认给我们。

客户没回复我。

我评估,客户下周会确认订单,但定金是否下周到位,我不确定。

如果定金不到位的话,交期也不能答应他10月底。

在沟通交期的时候,我要怎么表达比较好?

我的邮件这样写,可以吗?

Hi dear Mary,

Good afternoon.

After checking with our production department, the order can be finished at the end of OctoberIf you confirm PI to us next Monday and receive your deposit in 3 days.

Meantime, the package artwork also request to send us next week.

Otherwise, your order can not be finished in October if PI, deposit and package could not provided to us on time.

Please help note it. Thank you.

解 析

这个邮件,整体将意思表达清楚了。同时,每个内容分行隔开,看起来条理清晰。

但语气上,我建议还可以再委婉一点。

我们与客户的邮件,无法像电话、视频那样,通过表情、声音来表达我们的情感。

但邮件语言使用得当,格式使用得当,同样可以让客户读起来舒服,让客户没有被催单的逼迫感。

建 议

关于这封邮件的写作,我提供以下几点建议:

1,点评1:Hi 与dear不用重复,

Hi dear Miria,

这里用Hi还是Dear,建议根据客户发给你的称呼来采用。

如果客户用Hi,建议你用 Hi ,如果客户用dear ,建议你用 Dear。

2,增加以下这句话。先承接客户的邮件,重申客户要求,并表达感谢,表达我们的合作之意。

Good afternoon.

Thanks for your order plan requesting shipping schedule at the end of Oct.

3,用事实说话,用"could you please ..."语气表达更委婉。

After checking with our production department, the order can be finished at the end of October.

If you confirm PI to us next Monday and receive your deposit in 3 days.

Meantime, the package artwork also request to send us next week.

这段邮件,建议做如下修改:,

At present our production schedule is full till 25th October after checking with our production department.

In order to catch your requested shipping schedule in time ,could you please confirm the PI next Monday and arrange the deposit in next 3 days ?

Also, please send us the package artwork next week.

用公司现有的生产排期来提醒客户,他的交期可以安排,但是比较紧急。

也为你在后面要求客户确定订单与定金,有铺垫作用。

让客户觉得,我们在就事论事。你只是在提醒他事实,提供建议。

用"Could you please ..."作委婉表达,让客户觉得,决定权依然在他手上。

4,多用正面信息。

Otherwise, your order can not be finished in October if PI, deposit and package could not be provided to us on time.

这句,明显有催促意味。客户可能会想,他付款安排,银行也得需要时间呢。

如果他真着急这个交期,他会和你解释或者尽快按照你们的要求来做。

但如果他不着急,那他可能会按照他自己的节奏来。

但到时交期延后,那是他自己的问题,而不是你们服务不周到。

这段邮件,建议改为:

It is really urgent for us to arrange raw material and mass production to catch the shipping schedule in time.

Hope to get your kindly understanding.

将主要观点与重点意见,在文末再次强调,让客户加深印象。

强调公司为什么要求订单尽早确认的原因,希望得到他的理解。

邮件沟通模板如下:

Hi Mary,

Good afternoon.

Thanks for your order plan requesting shipping schedule at the end of Oct.

At present our production schedule is full till 25th October after checking with our production department.

In order to catch your requested shipping schedule in time, could you please confirm the PI next Monday and arrange the deposit in next 3 days ?

Also, please send us the package artwork next week.

It is really urgent for us to arrange raw material and mass production to catch the shipping schedule in time.

Hope to get your kindly understanding.

Your earlier reply will be highly appreciated.

结 语

与客户沟通,虽然有我们的目的。

但任何时候,我们要把主动权交给客户,让他感觉被尊重,而我们只是在帮助客户做选择。
