I cooked only some small fish , Not any vegetables. Small fish were also given to me by my closest neighbor last week.
Do you know the name of this kind of fish? In our area ,we call it luo Fei yu. It's a kind of ordinary fish, and it's very cheap, less than 5 Yuan a kilo, So it's very popular with our common persons.
I cooked the fish by frying. Fried fish is always so attractive. It smells good and it tastes delicious.
First, put some oil into the hot pan, Then add the fish. After a few minutes , roll them to heat the other side.
Next ,add some salt, and a kind of special nut, It can make the fish doesn't smell fishy. and it's a little sour. I like the taste very much.
Then Cooked for some more minutes ， until the fish was cooked thoroughly.
