Persistence makes success
莫为失败找借口，只为成功找根据找持之以恒的决心。伟人之所以伟大，名人之所以有名，是因为他们与别人共处逆境时，别人失去了信心，他们却下决心努力拼搏让自己成功。
Never look for excuses for failure. Instead we should only look for ground and motivations for success. The reasons for greaters becoming such people and famous people becoming famous is that when facing frustrated situations together with others, they are motivated to struggle hard, trying to make themselves successful.
无论做什么事，一旦确立了目标，就要勇敢的，义无反顾的付诸行动，脑海中完善一百遍的想法再完美都是零，而跨出第一步就是成功的启程。
Whatever you do, when you have decided on your goals, you are assumed to put them into action.
The ideas having been improved 100 times in your brain and however it is perfect it's still zero, whileas talking the first step is the setting out of success.
不管岁月里会经历多少狂风暴雨，会遭遇多少辛酸和艰难，请告诉自己: 风雨本身就是一种历练，直接面对就是一场和命运的抗争，坚持才能胜利。
Whatever the firec wind and strong rain you may experience, whatever miseries, hardships you may encounter, please tell yourselves: wind and rain themselves are a kind of experience and toughening. Facing directly is just a battle against fate. Persistence makes success.
