Cinnamon Toast 肉桂吐司
Ingredients:
Flour 300g ( 中筋)
Yeast 3g
Sugar 20g
Milk powder 40g
Milk 80ml
Water 60g
Egg 1
Salt 3g
Sesame: little for decoration on top only
Setting Temp/Time: 170c-150c/ 30mins
Process:
- mixing all by a dough mixer to become proper dough
- let it ferment till double size (room temp is about 29c while I did DIY)
- kneading & shaping
- put shaping sour dough into a container ( this kind of container is only for the purpose of 250g), then egg washing, wait till double size )
- egg washing again on top, send it to pre-heated over ( 170c up & 160c down, setting time 10min)
- observing frequently to inside of Oven to be sure not coloured too much
- set Temp 160c up & 150c down( remained baking time 20min, to bake till end of time)
- Take out final product and let it cool
