输入取样策略NM000001,动态修改规则Z01,保存，系统报错：Sampling procedure NM000001 has no sampling scheme。

2, 经查，Sampling procedure NM000001数据如下：
其Sampling Type被维护成了400 – Percentage Sample。将其修改为300 - Use sampling schema，保存。重新执行QDB1就能成功保存了。
