重新启用的邮箱账户发送邮件退信解决

在日常的Exchange运维过程中可能会经常遇到员工离职又重新入职的情况，这样他的账户如果在最初没有做保留操作，在重新启用原有账户后就会出现发送邮件退信的情况。

关于这个问题原因是因为：

微软Exchange Server使用X.500地址为内部电子邮件地址，在账户重新启用后用户的X500已经变更，但原先此账户的往来联系人的outlook记录的仍然是旧的x500地址，所以就会出现退信情况。

解决方法：

1 清楚所有联系人的Outlook缓存，清楚方法如下：

但此方法有一个弊端就是需要所有联系人都需要此操作。这样对于用户是十分麻烦的。

2 为用户的账户在服务器端添加一个X500地址，这样的话客户端无需任何变更。

首先我们确认一下现在的X500值：

从上面截图中我们可以得到原有的X500地址为：

/o=globallink/ou=exchange administrative group (fydibohf23spdlt)/cn=recipients/cn=wangning

我们将这个值以自定义的方式加入账户电子邮件地址列表：

3 验证结果：

将这一串地址直接复制到OWA或outlook收件人一栏点击检查联系人发现已经可以识别邮件也发送正常。
